It is difficult to measure how much more productive people will become. A few scientific research has shown results between 10 and 20%.

Measuring body and behaviour

This measurement takes 3 days. It reveals what affects well-being and performance at work, leisure and sleep.

With these sensors we measure heart rate variability (HRV). This gives us insight into effort (stress) and recovery moments. Together with the participant's notes and agenda, we get a detailed insight into the effect of behaviour.


On the basis of this measurement, the participant receives a report and an advisory interview.

In the counselling interview we look at:

Trend measurement & Gamification

We have an accurate overview of the participant's improvement points. We will continue to measure the progress over a number of months with the help of a smartwatch. This watch contains sensors that also measure HRV. This is accurate enough to measure a clear trend.

The participant has 24/7 access to his own data. This allows for more conscious choices to be made. In addition, the data provides an element of play. It's addictive to get better and better scores.


Measurements are only meaningful when we take them in a specific context. That's why we link the data to the calendar. This allows us to identify which events give energy and which ons suck energy away. This will enable us to recognise patterns. MAHOUT is the software program that converts the "raw" data into usable data. It is an easy to use program to connect to your OUTLOOK calendar. In addition, you have plenty of room to make personal notes. We use this information to further develop the participant.


We have regular contact with the participant to discuss progress. This is an encouragement to change behavior. It also provides us the opportunity to coach.

Examining the heart provides us with an enormous amount of information about our bodies. Our heart rate is constantly changing to meet life's needs. Heart rate variability (HRV) means the variation in time between successive heartbeats. It is universally accepted as a measurement point of activity of the autonomic nervous system (ANS).

HRV increases during relaxing and restorative activities and decreases during stress. Therefore, HRV is usually higher when the heart beats slowly and decreases as the heart beats faster. In other words, heart rate and HRV generally have a reversed relationship.

HRV changes from day to day based on activity levels and amount of work-related stress. In addition to these external stress factors, internal stress factors cause variation in the daily HRV levels. Internal stress factors include poor nutrition, alcohol consumption, illness, etc.
